Welcome to the Dedoose website wiki. Here’s where you’ll find all the documentation you need to make updates and maintain the contents of the new site built on Webflow.

Site Build Goals

The new website has been built with the goal of making content updates as streamlined as possible. Use of CMS collections, reusable components, and standardized style classes make for a more dynamic, consistent and visually appealing site experience, no matter if you’re a content editor or a site visitor.

How to Use the Wiki

Within this wiki, you will find embedded videos and supporting visuals to help guide you along. Additionally, the wiki is searchable 🔍, which enables you to quickly find information by keyword.

The Dedoose Site Documentation page is ‘mission’ control, where you can pin relevant content pieces, access frequently visited links and search. Feel free to bookmark the page in your browser for quick access.

Wiki Contents

There are (4) main sections of the wiki:

  1. Components Contains documentation on updating the navigation and hero components
  2. Content Page Updates Contains documentation on how to update site pages whose content has been flagged as needing text and/or graphic changes
  3. CMS Collections Contains documentation on all of the CMS collections within the site, as well as, helpful information to familiarize yourself with how it all works
  4. Guide to UI Elements This is essentially a high-level design guide, that has a few details about the UI elements that comprise the site
